What is JitterBit and What are the Benefit by using this?

JitterBit: A Excellent Tool for Migration and Integration with any application.
Integration makes it possible for applications, databases, and on-demand systems to seamlessly share information - automating your business processes, increasing efficiency, reducing costs and boosting productivity.

Benefits:

Clear-Cut Winner for Integration

Jitterbit is powerful, versatile, cost-effective, and probably most importantly, it is easy to use! Across dozens of independent projects over the years, Jitterbit has never failed us - from straight data pushing, to scheduled integrations and real-time data syncs, to crazy scripted and formulated transformations, message queues, email notifications and reporting statistics, the works - whether the job that we need to do is simple child's play, to mind-bogglingly and oppressively complex, I know Jitterbit can handle it, no problem.

Jitterbit is also extremely portable. It is a software solution, so there's no need for expensive proprietary hardware - you can install it onto a dinky 5-year-old corporate laptop, or onto a powerful multi-cored 64-bit server. It is written in Java, so you can run it on pretty much any machine. Jitterbit is also very flexible and can be connected with any data source.
If you need to manipulate or integrate data at any level, you cannot go wrong picking Jitterbit.

The most flexible and affordable integration solution

Many Organisations are using Jitterbit as their standard for integration since 2008 over other vendors such as Cast Iron, Pervasive, Boomi, and Informatica. Why?
Well, there are many reasons, but most of all because of their very competitive pricing, ability to handle any type of integration that has come their way, and excellent service after the sale.
We have implemented Jitterbit to integrate Salesforce to multiple MRPs, ERPs, homegrown databases, FTP servers, flat files, and more, all without having to purchase any add-ons or incur additional licensing fees.

If you are trying to integrate Salesforce with another database or application, I highly recommend giving Jitterbit a shot.

Very Powerful Integration Tool

It’s easy it is to use Jitterbit to integrate with Salesforce.
When we need to add a new object to integrate or make changes to an existing object, it takes just a few steps to complete. we can focus on making Salesforce work better for our users rather than getting data into and out of Salesforce.

We can use Jitterbit to move data from our ERP into Salesforce as well as get data out of Salesforce. Jitterbit even makes it easy to receive Salesforce outbound messages for real time updates of Salesforce information.

Jitterbit used to avoid dual data entry in multiple systems

Jitterbit has automated much of our data entry by synchronizing our customer data in Salesforce and our in-house application, TotalScreen.
I really like Jitterbit and it has the same functionality as the more expensive options like Cast Iron and Pervasive. Deployment was quick - you can download and try Jitterbit directly from their website which is a great way to see if it will meet your requirements.
 I can throw any file or database at Jitterbit and it will handle it. If you're looking to automate your business processes and synchronize data with Salesforce, definitely give Jitterbit a look.

Powerfull and Easy to use

Jitterbit is an extremely powerful tool for data migration and integration purposes.

The ability to move data from one source (or many sources) to another with data manipulation and control is a key in today's business world and Jitterbit makes the end goal much faster and easier to achieve.
The Client/Server Architecture and the fact that it can run on a variety of different platforms makes it extremely flexible in terms of where the software lives and from where it can be administered and configured, this flexibility is key in a dynamic hosted world of information availability.

Introduction to PHP and CMS

Topic in Detail: This is my first post on PHP so it is just an introduction about PHP, its CMS and my view for technology, its may not absolute so dont mind as everyone has its own understanding, views and analyzation.

PHP (HyperText PreProcessor / Personal Home Page), Its a Server Side Scripting Language and Open Source Technology. PHP is in demand after the version PHP5 as before that it didn’t support OOPS Terminology. PHP5 support OOPS Terminology too and support many plug-ins and various databases. As PHP is an Open Source Technology it got a lot appreciation and people switched on PHP in a short time.

It is very easy to setup for anyone how knows windows just double click after the WAMP and XAMPP package. WAMP (Windows Apache, MySql, PHP, Perl), XAMPP (All Apache, MySql, PHP, Perl) all are Open Source and Free.

In Present Time as per my concern career in Cloud Computing Technology , Open Source Technology and Mobile Application Development is very good, because it is growing rapidly and SAP and Java is forever but not for fresher.

If you work on PHP there is a dependency if you are not a website designer so to work independently you should have to have the knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is must and Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash is additional advantage.

PHP has lots of CMS (Content Management System), by using this you can develop your Website or Application easily by saving a lot of time with very less efforts.

So using CMS will keep you safe if you don’t have the knowledge of website designing. What you need just select a free or paid template and customize that as per your requirement.

Using CMS saves your time more than 60% as you don’t need to worry about designing and security and login. All the work you can get with the template with an advanced control panel.

Many companies are using CMS as it is also Open Source Technology and many companies and individuals are dedicated to provide the templates which supports to the CMS and earning very good amount for that.

There are many CMS available in market but the mainly used CMS are Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, Magento, CakePHP, CodeIgniterm, PHPNuke, OSCommerce which i have heard till date.

So you have many choices to move your career on the sky.

How to build a scheduled Apex Class:

Topic in Detail: As we have discussed how to schedule a apex class and we need to assign a apex class in the schedule apex setup. The apex class is not same as our general apex class. We have to implement some syntactical changes in our apex class if we want to schedule that.

Note: If we don’t follow this syntax for schedulable apex class then we cannot find our class in the schedulable class options. SalesForce give options to choose apex class only for the classes which follows this syntax.

The syntax is:

global class ScheduledApexController implements Schedulable{

/* Optional Variable Declarations */

global void execute(SchedulableContext ctx){

/* Optional Variable Initialization */

/* Complete Logic */
}
}

We have to make our class as Global by global keyword and implement a schedulable interface. implements is a keyword to apply interfaces, as we know apex is based on java so you get the idea what it is.

Then we have to write a function execute which is also has its access as global and pass the SchedulableContext object as a parameter.

so this way u can change write a schedulable apex class.

Use of Batch / Schedule Apex in SalesForce

Topic In Detail: When you want to schedule some apex code at some particular time within a period of time not on some event occurance.
Batch apex is like schedule apex, if you want to run a specific code to achieve some task related to maintenance of your Organization data for some specific purpose so, you can schedule that code to run on weekly or monthly basis, you can choose the days on which you want to schedule you apex code. you can specify the period of time Start-End Date and the time too. To schedule the apex, we have the option in Setup -> Apex Classes -> Schedule Apex

Clicking on this button will redirect to you on a screen

You have to enter your job name then select the apex code you want to schedule and the time event on which you want to schedule this code. The code is scheduled.

So this way, you can schedule any apex code in your organization for your application.
